Our safe deposit boxes include complimentary insurance coverage of £15,000, which remains in effect for every year you rent a box with us. This sets us apart from many other safe deposit centres that typically do not extend complimentary coverage beyond the first year.

Should you require additional insurance coverage beyond the complimentary amount, you may arrange this through our service, where you’ll have a dedicated point of contact to guide you through the process. What makes us unique among other deposit centres is our in-house approach, eliminating the need for customers to go through a third-party insurer. This results in a more convenient and efficient experience, ultimately saving you both time and hassle.

Insuring the contents of your safe deposit box will not only enhance your peace of mind but also provides comprehensive coverage for your possessions. We do not require you to disclose the contents of your safe deposit box. However, we strongly recommend retaining valuation certificates, invoices, and/or photographs of the items stored within. Additionally, it is advisable to maintain a schedule of the items kept, updating it each time a valuable is deposited or removed.

List of Accepted Documents

You will need to provide one form of identification and one proof of address.

We accept the following documents.

For proof of identification:

  • Current signed passport
  • Current UK photocard driving license (providing it is not being used as proof of address)
  • Non-EEA nationals must provide a current passport with a valid UK visa

For proof of address:

  • Utility bill (dated within the last three months)
  • Bank, credit card or mortgage statement (dated within the last three months)
  • Council tax bill (dated within the last three months)
  • Current UK photocard driving license (providing it is not being used as proof of identity)
